By downloading, installing, or using Prava Toolport ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Prava Toolport is a desktop application that acts as a local semantic registry and broker between AI agents (MCP clients) and MCP servers. It indexes the tools exposed by servers you configure, lets a connected agent discover tools by semantic search, and proxies tool invocations to the appropriate downstream server. Search and indexing run locally on your device.
Prava Toolport is licensed to you, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on hardware that you own or control, subject to the applicable store terms (for App Store purchases) and these Terms. Paid tiers unlock components in the same app; seat counts per tier are described at purchase.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Prava Toolport. It is a professional developer tool intended for use by software developers and teams.
Important: Toolport connects to MCP servers that you choose and configure. Those servers are operated by third parties (or by you) and are governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for having the right to access each server you add, and for the actions your AI agent performs through them.
Toolport proxies tool invocations on your agent's behalf; it does not review, endorse, or guarantee the behavior, availability, or output of any downstream server or tool. Optional security pre-screening is an aid, not a warranty.
New installs include a 3-day free trial with all components enabled — this trial is built into the app itself and is not an App Store introductory offer. After the trial, features are unlocked according to your purchased tier. Prices may change with notice before your next billing period.
Mac App Store purchases: the Solo subscription is $9.99 per month or $89.99 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until canceled; manage or cancel anytime in the App Store (System Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or the Manage Subscription link in the app). Billing, cancellations, and refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
Direct-download purchases (license keys) are billed securely by Stripe, our payment processor; Prava Labs never sees or stores your card details. You may cancel at any time — your license remains active through the end of the period you have already paid, and no further charges are made.
If Toolport isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first direct-download purchase and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. Refunds for renewals are considered case by case; contact us and we'll work it out.
You agree not to use Prava Toolport to:
Prava Toolport is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that semantic search will always surface the best tool, or that the App will remain compatible with any particular agent, MCP server, or operating system version.
Any token, context, or cost savings shown on our website, in marketing materials, or in the App's built-in receipt are estimates. In-app figures are measured on your configuration using approximate token accounting; actual savings depend on your agent, servers, models, and usage patterns, and no particular level of savings is promised or guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prava Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including actions taken by AI agents through tools brokered by the App.
We may release updates to Prava Toolport at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time. App Store purchases are final per Apple's policies.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
