1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SwiftMind ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SwiftMind is a macOS application that provides offline, on-device AI-assisted coding capabilities for Xcode. It functions as a locally-hosted Chat Provider and Source Editor Extension. All inference is performed on-device using the bundled model — no internet connection or external service is required.

3. License

SwiftMind is licensed to you, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded hardware that you own or control, subject to the Mac App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it
Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App or the bundled model weights
Rent, lease, or lend the App to any third party
Use the App to develop a competing product or service
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use SwiftMind. SwiftMind is a professional developer tool intended for use by software developers.

5. System Requirements

SwiftMind requires macOS 26+ and Apple Silicon hardware. Sufficient RAM (16 GB recommended) and disk space are required to load and run the bundled model. Performance may vary by hardware configuration.

6. No Warranty on Generated Code

Important: SwiftMind generates code suggestions using an AI model. All generated code should be reviewed, tested, and validated before use in production. SwiftMind does not guarantee that generated code is correct, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.

You are solely responsible for any code you use that was generated or suggested by SwiftMind. We do not warrant that generated output is bug-free, compilable, or compliant with any standard.

7. Intellectual Property of Generated Output

Code and text generated by SwiftMind in response to your prompts is yours to use at your discretion. We make no ownership claim over generated output.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SwiftMind to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Generate malware, exploits, or malicious code
Circumvent security measures in other software
Attempt to extract, clone, or redistribute the bundled model weights

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SwiftMind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific performance characteristics, or that the App will be compatible with future versions of Xcode or macOS.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prava Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any generated output.

11. Updates and Discontinuation

We may release updates to SwiftMind at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time. Purchases are final per Mac App Store policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
